From the initial visit from Michael who answered any of my questions and concerns and explained what to expect to the absolute best customer service with Kinley who kept me informed from start to finish to Dennis the installation guy who made sure he got (2) 120 gallon tanks set at my residence and (1) 120 gallon tank set at our dog kennel facility. He got the job done in the same day and made two trips from the Hickory office to my location in Marion. Called the company they came out and suggested where said tank should go and to call back when ready for install (tank has to be in before generator install) have called four times to try to finalize where I want the tank and to have it installed and cannot get a return call from Mike Hartley.
