To help our customers manage their budgets, we developed the Level Pay plan. By enrolling in this plan, your estimated yearly propane costs are evenly divided so that you pay the same amount each month for ten months. That way, you won’t get hit with massive bills during high usage months. Instead, you’ll know exactly how much your bill will be each month because it will be the same every month. Imagine if all of your bills were the same each month!

Here are several things to know about enrolling in the James Oxygen & Supply Level Pay Plan:

1. You won’t use more fuel than you normally would.
2. Your fuel bills will be more predictable and manageable. You’ll know exactly how much you’re expected to pay each month because it will be the same each month for 10 months.
3. Even if you need more than one delivery a month during a high usage season, your monthly payment won’t change. It remains fixed.
4. This plan is available to our automatic delivery customers.
5. You can choose to renew or cancel your enrollment after each year.

AutoPay Plan

Another way James Oxygen & Supply makes payments easier for our customers is by offering the AutoPay Plan. Once you enroll, your payments will be charged to your credit card automatically each month. Take something off your to do list and never worry about a late or missed payment again.

If AutoPay isn’t for you, that’s okay. You can pay your bills online yourself. Sign up for e-statements and save some paper by having your bills emailed to you.
